It's been a while so I thought I'd drop everybody a "Hello" and let you know what I have been up to.
But before we get to me I want to give a shout to a good buddy of mine. His name is Matt Coleman- You might wanna remember that name, so you can say "I remember when..." in the future.
Matt just published his first book and it is pretty darn good. It is a epub, so you will need an e-reader of some sort. The book is called "Black Dog: The Long Dark Road"
Here is the dust jacket copy:
Most people thought the Great Depression was the end of the world.
To one man, it was.
Amos "Black Dog" Harlow, an aging hobo and failed bluesman with no prospects, no family, and no place to call to home, wanders the hellish backdrop of Dust Bowl America with a guitar on his back and a grim past on his shoulders, following a spectral black dog only he can see down the dimly-lit backroads and blighted byways of a forsaken land.
The black dog is an ill omen, and death and sorrow its only promises. But Amos must follow, drawn by the dog into the thick of supernatural danger, battling horrors and facing down evil that has crawled out of the Depression's dark underbelly with nothing but his wits, his music, and a bit of folk magic.
But there is an even greater shadow on the land. A dark killer with dark purpose strides the country, cutting a swath through the innocent and leaving a trail of blood in his wake. And if the serial killer the papers call Herod has his way, the world will drown in it.
Amos must battle his own demons and find Herod before the killer can finish his taskliterally bringing Hell to earth.
Sounds good, huh? I think so.
It is a whooping 330 pages and a heck of a good read. And only $3.99 to boot. Check it out- download the sample and give it a read.

Now for a little on me- well I have been pushing through the Walking Dead cards and just got word that the deadline for the DC cards I am going to be doing has been extended (Yah!). The Zombies have been fun and, as soon as I can, I will be posting them for you to see.
The first reviews of the Avengers are filtering in and everything looks to be positive. Read lots of quotes saying the Hulk steals the show. Others saying this is the comic book movie that comic book fans have been waiting for. Opens May 4th and I will be there.
See on May 5th, myself and a couple of buddies will be at local cinema doing sketch cards for kids coming to the show. We have done this a few these in the past for comic book related movies, but I think this one will be the biggest one yet.
Anyhow, time to get to work.
